*** Turn around time is typically 7-10 days on smaller orders. Generally most items are completed and ready for shipment/delivery/pick-up sooner, this is just a guideline. Please note that supplier shipping issues could result in a delayed production time.

*** Payment details are as follows:
Orders over $50 are due in full before productions begins.
For in depth custom designs, a non-refundable $10 design fee will be charged up front. Once the design is approved and the order is placed, the $10 will be credited to the order total.

*** About custom creations: due to the custom (and often personalized) nature of your order, there will be no refunds.

***Any items utilizing personalization (whether custom or pre-designed) are final sale.

Please know that there will be correspondence to ensure we are on the same page. There will also be a final picture or “mock up” of your design available for your approval BEFORE the item is made.

*** We want you to be happy with your order. Any non-custom, non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days in new, unused condition.

Shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to your order for those rates.
